The route we recommend heads north: the CV-500 skirting the Albufera at sunset, rice fields on one side and the sea on the other, is one of the most photogenic stretches on the Mediterranean coast. Inland, the bends around Chiva and Buñol make a short but demanding run, ideal for a GT3.
